ISOCKET Judiciary Information Management System

ISOCKET Judicial Management Software (IJIMS) is an application system used mainly for the judiciary system. The application of information technology (IT) is extremely relevant in the judicial system. By converting the manual records of judiciary into databases, one can easily access all the past cases involving any particular legal provision or situation.

Another area of the application software is the management of current cases. In the case of courts with a large number of pending cases, it is possible to introduce a management information system by which each case registered can be processed systematically and completed without any avoidable delays.

Integrated Court System is an application software that works with the Judicial Information Management System to cordinate the activities. The system can be integrated seamlessly and can dramaticall improve the waiting time on cases in court. ISOCKET JIMS comprises of the following systems:

CMS allows court officials to manage the information and workflow of cases from registration to judgment. The system also features overall calendars of court activities as well as a master-listing module to allow for easy scheduling, tracking and viewing of cases and judges.

CAP provides an external interface for the judicial department and acts as a bridge between the court officials and the advocates. This online portal allows advocates to preregister and pay for cases, check the status of pending cases, file court documents and access relevant case information, all without having to be physically present. CAP also allows advocates to subscribe to and manage an SMS service which informs them of relevant information.

CRT is a specialized system for real time recording and transcribing of courtroom events. The system supports multiple languages and transforms voice recordings into written or electronic text documents. Integrated within the system is Vortex, a transcription solution which allows simultaneous digital audio recordings to be tagged to each paragraph for further editing and verification.
